Entrepreneur. Worship Leader. Speaker. Kingdom-minded leader who writes not as an expert with all the answers, but as a fellow traveler, still choosing surrender, still listening, and still learning.
Family is his first ministry and is the lens through which he evaluates success and the ground where his convictions are tested daily. Fatherhood has deepened his understanding of patience, sacrifice, and trust, reminding him that leadership is not about being impressive, but about being present.

Jake Fabry is an entrepreneur, Worship Leader, and speaker who believes authentic and impactful leadership flows from surrender and obedience to Jesus Christ. His life and work are driven by a deep love for knowing God and an unwavering love for people, especially leaders navigating pressure, responsibility, and the tension between faithfulness and success.
Jake writes not as an expert with all the answers, but as a fellow Kingdom-minded leader, someone still choosing surrender, still listening, and still learning.
Jake is a graduate from Bryan College in Dayton, TN with a Bachelor's in Corporate Communication and a Minor in Biblical Studies. He is also certified through the University of Notre Dame in Transformational Leadership and Development. Over his career he has won numerous sales leadership awards at Fortune 500 companies and led multiple sales and training teams. He was ordained through A Right Heart Ministries in 2020.
Jake has spent years walking alongside ministry leaders, entrepreneurs, and emerging leaders, often in unseen settings, helping them rediscover the simplicity of hearing God's voice, leading with integrity, and building lives that can sustain the weight of influence. His leadership philosophy was formed by choosing obedience, not chasing growth, and by investing deeply in people.
These seasons shaped Jake as a Kingdom leader marked by emotional intelligence, spiritual discernment, and a steady commitment to seeking first the Kingdom of Jesus Christ over earthly reward.
From worship leader and teacher to mentor and entrepreneur, Jake carries a pastoral heart and a builder's mindset. He understands the unique pressures leaders face, burnout, comparison, isolation, and the temptation to measure worth by outcomes. His message calls leaders back to Jesus Christ, where identity is rooted, motives are refined, and leadership is purified.
